Limited Warranty :
All products
are covered by the following limited warranty. All warranty is substantially
the same - the warranty printed on customer's invoice is always the one which
covers the purchase. Seller's liability shall be limited to repairing or replacing,
at its option, any defective product which is returned, freight prepaid to Seller,
according to Seller's Merchandise Return Procedures. Buyer (you) shall bear
all responsibility for shipping charges and risk of loss or damage during transit
to Seller. Products which have been subjected to abuse, misuse, alteration,
neglect or unauthorized repair or installation, as determined solely by Seller,
are not covered by this warranty. Any alterations, additions, improvements or
attachments to the product(s) not authorized in writing by the Seller shall
be deemed to be a waiver of this warranty by Buyer and shall render this warranty
null and void.
Warranty policy
is not extended beyond the original buyer. The Buyer should inspect the product(s)
at delivery and should notify the Seller of any defects or discrepancies, including
wrong or missing items within 7 days of receipt of product(s).
Items sold
in retail boxes carry manufacturer's warranty within 15 day effective
as of invoice date and can only be exchange or refund minus 15% restocking fee
within 15 days. Other items (OEM version) are returnable within the first 7
days for a refund minus 20% restocking fee, shipping
charges and insurance are not refundable. CPUs and
memory components are returnable for warranty replacement only. All other defective
items will be replaced after 7 days, and not refunded. Warranty and support
for Retail Box Items, monitors, printers, scanner, and other peripherals
are provided by their respective manufacturers.
Special
information about Motherboard Kit and System purchase - all Systems
and Motherboard Kits are supported and warranted as originally configured.
Any software, hardware and accessories added by the user are not covered, and
can void the warranty if installed improperly (and need to be removed before
your computer can be serviced).
Return Info :
As our statistics
shows, about 90% of RMA returns are found non-defective. If you are unable to
detect the problem, the first thing to do it to make the configuration as simple
as possible. Then add other items one by one. Check the manual or the read me
file thoroughly for jumpers setting, IRQ and I/O address to avoid conflict.
Most of times, that will work. Should a product fail during the warranty period,
certain procedures should be followed for the Seller to serve the Buyer more
efficiently. We will not accept products for return that have been physically
damaged, burned, abused, misused, neglected, modified and its serial number
or warranty sticker removed by customer. Seller shall return repaired or replaced
product(s) to Buyer, at its expense, via regular ground service within the 48
contiguous United States. Shipping charges by all other methods and to all other
destinations shall be borne by Buyer.
Return Procedure :
Non-defective
merchandise - Returns must include the original packaging, warranty cards, manuals,
software, copy of the original invoice and all included accessories. Incomplete
returns will not be accepted. Original packaging that has been defaced, opened
or written on will not be accepted.
Defective merchandise,
after 7 days can only be return for a replacement product. If the product is
found to be non-defective, a restocking fee (20%) and / or diagnostic fee of
$10.00usd may be assessed.Customer should always provide a detailed specific
description of problems for defective items.
Mail
or fax (201)814-0879 or e-mail to us for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. When requesting an RMA number, customer must make
sure the serial number of the products are of exact matches as the one on the
original invoice. It is critical to keep the original invoice. We will not issue
RMA without a copy of original invoice. The RMA number we issued will valid for 10 days.
During which,
the product(s) must be shipped back to the Seller for refund or replacement.
The shipping cost for any return product(s) must be freight prepaid and insured.
*Original
shipping cartons must include a mailing label. Return
Authorization numbers must be clearly written on the return shipping label
(without RMA# number your package will be return to your)

IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR OF MERCHANTABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT,
SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES,
AND IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT(S).
Repair Info :
Most systems
can be repaired within 2 or 3 business days. Of course, some problems take longer.
We will keep you informed of our progress if it looks like it's going to be
much longer.
Out of Warranty Repair
:
Even after your
warranty expires, we can still repair your system. Our charges are $60 per hour
for labor, plus parts. Our minimum charge is $60. We will give you a firm quote
on any other charges before work is begun.
